The footboard of a similar design as headboard modified with reversed molded crest over a geometric parquetry panel with raised molding and an elaborate gilt brass mount with musical instruments, foliate arabesques, bird, ribbon, mask and draping motifs. The raised and recessed panel apron inset with parquetry and adorned with gilt brass mount, raised on like uprights as headboard. The bed now queen size.
