French Henry Dasson (Stamped) Plum Pudding Mahogany and Ormolu Bedroom Suite
Two (2) beds, and a marble top nightstand in the Louis XVI style, 1891. With “Henry Dasson” and “1891” stamped inside the lower panel of the headboard.
The Nightstand: The fitted rectilinear marble top with out-rounded corners over a conforming case with a raised and recessed panel drawer over a raised and recessed panel split cabinet door enhanceed with ormolu fleurettes and pearl banding raised on tapered banded columns ending in ormolu points. The sides with similar design. The whole with finely figured wood. The bottom of the carcass stamped "Henry Dasson" and "1891".
