Dimensions: 31″H x 55 3/4″W x 18 1/4″D
A beautiful solid walnut server, made in the 19th century, France. This wonderful server is narrow, full of provincial charm, and made of brilliantly patinated walnut. The table’s components are joined using peg and hole technique. The apron is made of walnut and houses a single drawer, outfitted with a turned wood knob. The server’s legs are tapered and slightly angled, giving the piece an eye-catching shape. The legs are joined by an undertier shelf, where functional or decorative objects can be displayed. c.1860.
