French Mahogany Louis XVI Style Enfilade with Marble Top
Dimensions: 39 3/4″H x 88 1/4″W x 21 3/4″D
This large, marble-top enfilade was made in the 1940s, in France, and styled after Louis XVI. The white marble-top is in excellent condition and has turreted corners and a breakfront to fit the body perfectly. Four drawers can be found in the apron, each with round brass pulls. Ribbed brass accents decorate the rounded corners. The four doors below all contain working locks, and conceal individual compartments. These are each outfitted with a single fixed shelf. The doors are separated by turreted pilaster columns that have been embellished with fluted carvings. The eight feet are all turned, with brass caps on their feet.
