RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We do not ship approval orders. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items purchased from this site.
SHIPPING
Shipping quotes to be determined. Shipping is not included in any pricing.
Items must be paid for in full prior to shipping.
You will be required to sign a shipping release form showing shipping company, and insured value for the full purchase value prior to release of shipment.
In the event your item is damaged, please contact the shipping company for resolution. Fireside Antiques will assist you with any paper work needed to complete your claim with the shipping company.
Types of shipping companies –
1. White glove delivery – places the items in your home
2. Common carrier - curb side delivery
PAYMENT
Fireside Antiqes accepts the following forms of payment:
Check, cashiers check, and wire transfers. (When paying by check, cashier’s check and/or wire transfer – we allow seven (7) days to receive payment. After seven days, the sale is considered void and the merchandise is returned to the web site).
Credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard (If you dispute a payment you made to Fireside Antiques and Fireside Antiques files a challenge and the charge back is reversed you agree to pay Fireside Antiques $500.00 (five hundred dollars) plus Attorney’s fees to compensate Fireside Antiques for their time and effort to challenge the dispute).
Pricing is in U.S. currency. Prices do not include costs of shipping, insurance and/or crating and packing.
SALES TERMS AND AGREEMENT

Fireside Antiques provides the buyer with provenance, dimensions, and detailed photography to assist throughout the buying process. We are also available to assist with any inquiries you may have prior to completing your purchase.
No sale is finalized until confirmed by a company representative. Fireside Antiques reserves the right to refuse any sale. Sale of any goods is subject to availability.

The laws of the State of Louisiana shall govern this agreement, and the buyer and seller agree that the jurisdiction for all claims resulting from this Agreement shall be the Parish of East Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Sales tax will be applicable to all sales shipped within the state of Louisiana.
