A large set of French wooden entry doors with its original worn painted finish. The doors make a statement and are made of solid wood with wooden geometric moldings. French 19th Century Stone Figurative Column

A fascinating late 19th century stone garden statue of what is possibly a maenad holding and wearing grapes and a ram’s skin. The maenad, or bacchants of ancient Greco-Roman mythology were the attendants, servants and priestesses of the god of wine, Bacchus. This stone column which dates to circa 1890 features a female figure emerging from a static square based column. She has flowing hair encircled by garlands of grapes, an exposed breast, and is draped in the folds of a ram’s skin. Her eyes are pierced where once may have been inlay. This column has a most excellent patina which adds to its air of mystery. Be sure to view all the images to see the details of this most interesting piece.

A fantastic set of four iron garden planters from France crafted during the 19th Century. Wonderfully patinated from decades of outdoor exposure and weathering, they add so much character to any space. The basin opening measures 13” diameter and 16-¼” deep. The planter base measures 10-⅛” square . Make sure to view all of the photographs oto get a closer look at this great set of planters. Sold as a set only. Circa 1870.

Pair of 19th Century European Iron Panel Consoles

This newly composed pair of consoles were recently crafted from 19th Century iron panels from Europe and topped with a fabulous piece of charcoal stone with white veining. The iron was painted a vibrant green once and has gained a perfect patina. Their unique design and hooked tops indicated they were likely once part of a larger fence or gate. Centered between the hook forms is the unmistakable gorgon head depicting Medusa. We recommend placing this console inside or undercover. Sold as a pair only. This one of a kind Art Nouveau iron panel and stone console is grand in style and craftsmanship! The beautiful top is a single slab of black stone, recently fixed to the metal frame. Wonderfully patinated, the worn front iron panel is from 19th century France. Three branch forms with stylized leaves and two sea shells add an organic touch to the sturdy frame.
