    A unique walnut cabinet made in the Netherlands during the 1800’s. It has the clean lines of an English antique in the style of the French Empire and is made of solid burl walnut. A simple walnut top sits over a single drawer and door flanked by Empirical columns. A single working lock and key opens the door to reveal one fixed shelf at 12 ½”D. The whole is raised on a concave base over block feet. Cleaned and polished with a paste wax, this antique is ready to be used. Be sure to view the detailed images.

    A delightful, tall French Louis Philippe buffet composed of solid walnut, pine and oak. This lightly toned buffet is designed with clean, straight lines, making this – and all Louis Philippe style pieces – extraordinarily versatile. The buffet has two drawers that feature original diamond shaped cut steel escutcheons, with the right drawer having a working lock. The two lockable doors conceal an interior cavity that contains a single fixed shelf. The entire buffet is raised on shaped bracket feet.

    A gorgeous antique solid fruitwood buffet deux corps, made in the Louis Philippe style, from 1870s France. The buffet is composed of two bodies: an upper and lower. The upper body with handsome crown molding is outfitted with two removable shelves inside that measure 13” deep. The linear panel doors contain a working lock and key and feature simple brass escutcheons. The lower body is slightly deeper and has an interior cavity with a single removable shelf that measures 15 ¾” deep. The cabinet can be secured with its functioning lock and key. This elegant Louis Philippe style case piece will provide bountiful storage and beauty to any room it graces.   • English 18th Century Oak Cupboard

    This unique storage unit was handcrafted in England during the 1780’s from solid oak. The upper cabinet door has provincial carvings and conceals a space with a single shelf. A newly installed rectangular mirror is flanked by curved forms, connecting the storage spaces. The lower cabinet houses a single drawer with a large turned knob above a paneled door with two shelves. A plinth base supports the whole flush to the ground.     A handsome sideboard from the 19th century crafted from a deeply toned mahogany. The top is shaped according to the bow front body and has very few signs of wear. The center drawer is flanked by doored storage compartments. The middle drawer features a pair of decorative drop ring pulls that coincide with the doors beside it. All three storage compartments feature a functioning lock- 3 keys are included. Supported by tapered square legs. Circa 1900.  Knee clearance height is 26″.   • French 19th Century Louis XIII-Style Oak Confiturier

    This exceptional oak confiturier is from France, c. 1880, and displays a beautiful, rich patina. It features a single “X”-carved drawer with an oblong steel pull over a like-carved locking door with hand-cut steel escutcheon and steel barrel hinges, and opens to reveal a single removable shelf.  Storage pieces such as this confiturier were originally used to store jams and jellies, however, this cabinet would be very useful as a nightstand next to a tall bedstead. The original key is present.

    French 19th Century Pine Marble-Top Corner Cabinet

    A remarkable pine corner cabinet with white marble top from 19th century France. This piece boasts two curved, lockable doors that conceal an interior storage cavity. This interior is outfitted with a single fixed shelf. The skirt has been adorned with a wonderful, shaped pine embellishment, adding to the overall charm of this friendly antique. The white marble top is set into the cabinet and is in good antique condition with some minor staining. The entire cabinet is lifted on turned, turnip feet.
