    This delightful antique stool was hand-crafted in France, circa 1900. Square in shape, the stool stands on lovely turned and fluted legs connected to an elaborate, hand-carved, and shaped stretcher that meets in the center, topped with a decorative finial. The seat is upholstered with the original colorful floral needlepoint tapestry held tightly by well patinated brass nail heads. This nicely sized stool is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use and showcases a well patinated warm white paint that would work well in almost any space.
