Dimensions: 95-1/2″H x 65-1/2″W x 20-1/2″D
This mahogany, walnut, and exotic woods armoire, c. 1900’s, is a stunning example of French Art Nouveau marquetry craftsmanship and its attention to detail. It features a shaped and molded crest centered by highly-carved shell, floral, and foliate motifs over a central bevelled-mirror door, flanked by a pair of narrow doors intricately inlaid with ribbon, floral, foliate, and scrollwork decoration. The central door opens to reveal a finished interior with a bank of two drawers and four adjustable shelves. Each side door houses four adjustable shelves for additional storage.
