Their approachable, intuitive forms and portability are quite versatile to switch between occasional chairs, footstools, or side tables as needed throughout the home. Expertly wrapped rush seats around the convex edges are still tight and in good condition with a few missing cords which does not affect the functionality. The oak dowel ladder-like construction of the legs remains strong, variably patinated over time.
