A stunning Scandinavian commode with a fold-down secretary desk housed in its top drawer. The top is in great condition with miniscule visible wear. Although narrow, the apron features a pediment with an ebonized triangle to accentuate the shape. You can see the attention to detail when the top drawer front is opened to reveal the secretary work space, finished in bird’s eye maple. A pair of small brass buttons on the interior operates the top release. 13 drawers of varying size provide an abundance of organizational space.
