A fantastic mid-century modern, green glazed pottery jar, crafted in Italy by Ceramiche Nicola Fasano. One of the times most sought after ceramicist and one of his most sought after designs. The green glaze is in amazing condition and adds a fantastic texture to any space. Stamped on the bottom with the logo first used in 1968. Lacks visible damage and is in wonderful condition. A fabulous Savonarola chair with perfectly worn red velvet cushions with quality tassel ties. Decorative brass finials contrast the hand forged iron frames beautifully. The bottom and arm cushion contains the original mohair filling and remains quite comfortable. The curvy stretcher adds to the shapely body and provides continued support and finish at brass ball-and-claw feet. The cushion is removable and the seat height is 17-¼”. This darling octagonal Venetian mirror was handcrafted during the 19th century in Italy with Old World charm in mind. This antique has beautifully shaped mirror pieces, held together with fasteners that are capped in crystal. Every aspect of the mirror is reflective and brilliant. Delicate flowers, scrolls and dots are seen etched into the antique mirror glass. The mercury glass has a touch of foxing and an aged appearance that can be seen in its reflection.
