This newly made table lamp from a vintage painted iron panel is a great way to add tons of character to your interior. Painted white and perfectly patinated, the panel is securely fixed to the black metal base and center support. The rectangular linen shade has been gently used and is free of damage or wear and measures 10-⅞”H x 16”W x 10”D. Professionally wired for the US using UL listed parts. French Bouillotte lamp with its original painted green tole shade. Bouillotte is a card game that became popular in France during the 18th & 19th centuries. For light, they would use a bouillotte lamp. This particular one is brass with 3 candelabra arms with faux wax candle covers. As the candles would burn down one would use a key, where the shade connects the middle shaft, to lower the shade as the candles burned down. Allowing the players to be free of glare. Recently rewired by a professional for the US using UL listed parts.
