This is a lovely 19th century French mahogany console table, made in the style of Louis XVI. The irregular trapezoid shaped body defines every feature of the piece. On top, a pierced brass gallery surrounds a beautiful piece of shaped white marble. The apron features light thumbnail carved panels and a single drawer. Unlocking the slim drawer reveals a wonderful floral fabric lining the interior. One key is included. Fluted details on the rounded corners continue on the turned legs.
