An expertly carved and painted vanity, done in the Louis XVI style circa 1870 that features a tilting mirror, three drawers, and an inset marble top. A characteristically asymmetrical tied ribbon is perched atop the mirror, with more scrolled carved details found all about the piece. The antique mirror plate,held between two fluted posts with finials and brackets- features a generous amount of foxing.
