French Early-20th Century Art Deco Partner’s Desk
Dimensions: 38-5/8″H x 38″W x 46-1/2″D
A stylish mahogany Art Deco partner’s desk, made in France circa 1920. The two-man desk is separated by eight (total) pigeon holes and a pane of frosted glass. The work surface is topped in a black leather that has been cut to fit the desk perfectly. It has become beautifully patinated over the decades. A flat shelf is created between the two sides, with inlaid satinwood and ebony in a striped motif. The mahogany body is lifted by four turned and ribbed legs, pushed to the corners.
